There was this girl. She was alone. No parents, no family. Abandoned into this cruel world.

She wandered around in hoping that she'll might find someone to love her and accept her. Then she met this guy. He promised her that she'll never feel alone ever again. He held her hand throughout the whole time she was feeling left out.

Somehow she found love within herself, towards him. So she did, love it was. They spent time together within the light and the dark. She thought she finally found the person that she was waiting for all these while.

The guy seemed all that she could dream about. She bought everything he said. She jumped when he jumps. She felt all the warmness from him. She never wants to let him go. But then he started to change. He was different. He began to leave her.

He looked into her eyes and walked away from her. She was left alone, again. She tried to chase him. But somehow it felt as if time slowed her down. Choking her with all the cold feeling of loneliness. As he walked away, she could only looked at him from where she was standing.

But she threw all her fears behind and ran towards him. So he stopped. When she manages to catch up, she began to let the tears flow off her cheeks. His face has a evil look upon it.

He grabbed her hand. And pushed her into the darkness. She was suffocating within the darkness. She lost herself. He looked down on her and laughed.

"Wipe off those tears; it's getting annoying just looking at you. Stop being pathetic. Get out of my sight." said the guy.

She died from drowning in her sad painful fate. The guy suddenly pokes his fingers into his face. He teared open his face.. The mask has finally been lifted. It seemed that the guy was her. And the person who drowned to her death was him.

Things are not always be the way it seems. Sometimes, you destroy something so beautiful when you thought you were saving it.
